Please consider an option for those of us that want to use the survey function to get customer feedback for a product that is used frequently. Currrently, we cannot survey customers more than once unless we individually selected them thru Quicksend or change the survey slightly. We need an option that will allow us to do this daily and simply. We need to re-send the same customer survey to repeat customers.
Would this survey be continuously resent to collect feedback on the same product? How would you expect the reporting to appear?
Our product is ground transportation. A large portion of our business is taking people/groups to/from airports. If we send them a survey for their initial trip, CC isn't letting us send the same survey to the customer for the return trip, usually a few days later. Hope this helps.
The current reporting is great, we can deal with responses and sort based on when they complete the survey and take appropriate action:
-follow up on any issues
-ask for a favorable review

For consistency, the same survey would be sent each time
The good news is at the same survey can be shared and resent multiple times. Right now, survey pages can collect multiple responses from the same address. Because of this we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback!
