Ability to use quicksend for surveys and events

First, I want to say how much I LOVE Constant Contact. It is technologically user friendly and your customer service is outstanding. With the recent change in web design, Quicksend does not work the way it used to and this is a feature I heavily depend upon. As we near a virtual event next week we want to send invitations to additional people. Quicksend does not allow me to access my most recent event so that I can get these invitations to people. I have spoken to Customer Service twice and have been assured you are working on it. They suggested I submit feedback here. Thanks for working on it for us!

You used to be able to resend any email whether it was in the email section or event section. It is very important to have this feature to send to additional contacts or resend the invite to myself. Please bring this feature back.

Hi @CommunityCare  being able to use quicksend for survey and event invitations is a great feature request! The more requests a feature like this receives the higher of a priority it can be given by our Product Team. Because of this we have tracked this feedback and opened up your idea so other users can weigh in as well.

Hello, I'd like to request that surveys be included in the Quicksend options. We send surveys after each client meeting and prefer to do them immediately after the meeting. Currently we have to batch them and send less often, which has reduced our response rate. Thanks,

Hi @JenniferM0833 where in your account are you looking for the option to quicksend an email with your survey page included? Currently the emails sent through our share your survey process do appear in the quicksend dropdown.

I need to be able to Quick Send Emails from an event. Being unable to do that is very, very, very inconvenient.

Event emails need to be on the Quick Send List. NOT having them there makes adding people to your list of invited guests extremely difficult.

With the retirement of legacy surveys we now have survey landing pages which don't have the separate "invite" type email associated. To send out a survey invite, you would now just include the link to it within a normal email campaign. One benefit of that would be that they should now show in the Quick Send menu with all of the other send emails, but we will leave this open to see if there is more feedback on that process.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We are working on an updated event experience in a more advanced tool. While we do not have an update or timeline to share or can guarantee any kind of commitment on how we will be handling the sending of event invitations, we hope this indicates some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration while we are building out this tool.
