Actions drop-down stays locked at the top

Hello,

I have a suggestion to help save time when selecting the Actions for selected contacts. It would be nice if that Actions Drop-Down stayed locked at the top as you're scrolling down to select contacts. This way, you wouldn't have to scroll back to the top to select the action.
