Adding extras

Why is is so easy to add extras, such as the email preview, but almost impossible to remove them? I accidentally click the preveiw not realizing it would be a $10/month charge. When if said that it would be a charge I looked everywhere to find a way to remove it but the only way it to call and the call wait is sooooooo long! Why would I have to wait more than 20 minutes to have this add on removed? why isn't there a button to remove it? I'm sure I'm not the only one that has done this. So far as a new constant contact user I would NOT recommend this to anyone! It is not an easy program to figure out.

Hi @JillwithOTV. In order to apply Inbox Preview to your account, you need to select "I Agree" after reading the Terms and Conditions. Was this not the case? Were you notified at all that you were going to be billed in the pop-up that appeared?
