For the past two months, your advanced search feature has not worked properly. After calling a month ago, I learned that the feature is only able to function properly in Internet Explorer as I have tested it on Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Could you please get this functioning correctly as soon as possible as I work on a Mac?
The specific problem I encounter occurs when I try to narrow down a search using the advanced option. A little box appears to simbolize that the search feature is thinking, however, it never displays any search results...even after I have given it a substantial amount of time to perform (1hr). Please fix! (I liked the older version better as it was more intuitive and easier to use.)
