I have been with constant contact for a while, and did not have any major issues before till now. We set up a new website, and connected with your new sign up forms. However, we could not understand why on my website the pop up forms, or sign up pages were showing up on some computers but not others?? After several days and hours of figuring it out. Your forms will not work on the browser Safari. Which has to be fixed. I have called twice about this, and need your help to fix this. I cannot tell customers to choose certain browsers to view our site, the sign up forms should work on any browsers. I wanted to make sure you know that the forms so far work on, PC products, Chrome browser, but not Safari. I cannot launch our site until I know it works on all browsers. So if you can please confirm that someone is looking into this matter, and if so, how long will it take to get fixed? I wanted to launch next week, but will not until I know that the email sign up pages are working from your end. Look forward to knowing that this will be fixed. Thank you.
