Kind of a hassle to find the chat option. Most sites have it on bottom right of page. not sure why you guys don't. Just a suggestion.

Your chat box isn't really a chat box because no one responds back to your questions.  You just get a generic list of responses to what "could be" your question.  VERY FRUSTRATING!
