We would be interested in more information about integrating Constant Contact with Lightspeed Retail and eCom. In particular, could the data flow from Constant Contact into Lightspeed via a sign-up form as well as from LS into CC?
How were you looking to integrate your accounts with Lightspeed and Constant Contact? At this time while Constant Contact does not directly offer an integration between the two, we would suggest looking under the Integration tab of your account to see if there are available third-party integrations.
There's nothing on our Integrations tab. There are also no apps for Constant Contact in the eCom "app store".
We're looking for:
Automatic adding of new newsletter subscribers from our online Constant Contact form directly into LS Retail with the LS Customer Type set to “GreenThumb".
Syncing of customer sales data into CC and the ability to filter customers based on that data to fit them into appropriate rewards level campaigns.
Thanks for following up with us on this! We have re-opened this feature request up so other users can weigh in on if this feature would be useful to them as well. In the meantime, there is an available integration through Zapier that is for Ecwid from LightSpeed. On the offhand that works for any users looking for a Lightspeed connection, it is available in the integrations tab of user accounts. We will reach back out to this thread when there are any further updates to share.
Thanks for considering this integration. We don't use Ecwid - we have Lightspeed Retail (R-Series) and eCom (C-Series). Sounds like as of today there are no other supported integrations into Lightspeed. Is it possible for a third-party developer to use your API to create a custom integration solution that would meet the needs I identified above?
