The Constant Contact for Salesforce App has not been working since May 2014. To date, I continue to get an "internal server error" message when I try to upload contacts from Salesforce to CTCT. After many conversations with Salesforce support and Constant Contact support there have not been any solutions identified. It appears other users are also experiencing this issue. Will there be a solution available soon? Do I need a case opened specific to my organization's issue?
The issue you are currently having with salesforce is a known problem that our engineering team is currently working on. Right now we do not have any eta on when the issue may be resolved, however even with the error message your contacts should still import.
