Hello! I've been really struggling with keeping contacts organized well without any report system or way of checking when the last time emails were opened by the contact unless I go in to each account separately. It would be incredibly helpful to manage our contacts and give them more targeted content. Thanks!
Thank you for this feedback! We recently released a new feature called Segments, have you had a chance to try it out yet? It allows for segmentation based on contact engagement such as opening emails or clicking links.
