Email - Postal Code on bottom of email

0 Votes

The email template includes a drop down menu to choose country, and mandatory is the postal code. We are in United Arab Emirates (UAE), we dont have postal codes here. Strange but true :) So the address on our email reads a fictitious postal code 11111 so we can complete the form - and doesn't gain us credibility. IDEA: Please remove postal code for countries that dont use them. (Is the UAE the only country that doesn't use the codes?)

Hi Ariana - I have now discovered that - at the point of adding lists to send email, it gives me the option of editing the address. At that time I am able to delete the postcode. This works for me at this time. Thank you for your response.
