I'm a graphic designer so I'm use to using layers when creating a graphic. Currently the tools in constant contact are easy to use, but creativity you are limited. If you were to emulate graphic design software tools like using layers. You would be able to do things like place a button on top of and image or add text on top of an image, instead of having a block to add a button than can only go above or below an image or text. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!!   Please add a feature in Constant Contact that PROMPTS the user to change the subject line when using a "copied" email (template).    I have a few emails that go out every week that start with a basic template form that I use repeatedly. Information may change but the basic form is the same. I will "copy" the email from the previous week and then start making my changes for the coming week. When copying the previous email, the subject line defaults  to the same subject line as it was for the previous email. The user needs to remember to change the subject line. It is VERY EASY to forget to do that. I have talked to other Constant Contact users who say the same thing. You don't know how many times I have accidently forgotten to change the subject line and an email will go out with the wrong subject line - the one used in the email that was copied.    I am certain it would not be difficult for your design engineers to create a prompt for the user to make sure they change the subject line for the copied email. PLEASE come up with a way to make sure that the user remembers to change the subject line in a template email.    Thank you. ... View more

Hello, It has come to my attention that when needing to transfer roles among users that you are supposed to update the account instead of changing the role the user has.   It would be easier to manage when an organization needs to change account owners or an role that the current account owner can transfer the role to an existing user instead of erasing all the current owners details and forcing them to make a new account.   The purpose of having accounts is so that things can be tracked, so it doesn't make much sense to me to have an entire account updated instead of the account role moving.   Additionally, you should be able to have more than one account owner, so there isn't a bottle neck in smaller organizations. ... Please provide a solution to bulk create Tags by uploading a CSV.   I'm migrating from another email provider and have 100+ tags for my contacts. I just found out today there is no option to bulk create Tags in the Constant Contact system. So, the only option is for me to MANUALLY create 100+ tags before I can upload my contacts into the system.   This is incredibly frustrating and should be a simple solution! I can't be the only customer that has hundreds of tags to migrate into the system. We should have the ability to copy or quicksend ANY emails we create, including those within events. We should also be able to view any prior emails we sent within events. Currently event emails can't be viewed or copied after the event is over. Hi there I added a video to a landing page thank you page. The wording used is "embed" the video. Then you ask to link to Vimeo, which was weird because that doesn't seem like embedding, but ok. I upload it to Vimeo. Then I test the page and instead of playing on the thank you page, it takes me to vimeo to watch the video. So, it takes me off the thank you page, which is a horrible idea since the whole point was for me to say thank you, and here is the link to download. So, there are two things: 1) For now, please remove the word Embed or change it to embed thumbnail because otherwise, it seems like the video will play on that page, not just link us to a different page. And 2) please make it so we can actually embed a video to play on the page--and maybe upload it to the library. ... View more
