Emojis for Subject Lines in 2017! We need this . . . with all of the emails that people receive, an emoji would be a cute way to stand out. And I see it in competitors email services and it really annoys me that it's not possible for us loyal CC subscribers.

It is no longer best practice to not include emojis in email subject fields. Large companies are doing it all the time (Flight Center, WalMart, Costco, Home Depot, etc) Emojis have broken out of the digital texting and social media world and are on Billboards for "Anti Drinking & Driving Campaigns", and to Advertise Movies like Deadpool, and casinos (Casino Niagara). The icons are even on every product imaginable - stuffies, phone and laptop cases, backpacks, clothing, christmas lights, etc. Constant Contact seems to be the only one holding out.... I'm not sure why. If my email goes to someone's spam - that my risk/problem, I'm not sure why constant contact is dictating this to me - But to be honest, I really don't think that rule exists anymore in modern email clients as I get dozens of companies emails in my inbox that use them. Please implement this feature as soon as possible. It puts our email advertising behind our competitors while trying to vie for attention within our customers inbox!

It would be awesome to be able to edit the subject line For Example : Change the font color , size or switch it to bold lettering

Here's my request and explanation to back up the importance and value of it.

Request:  In new wizard (as is available in old wizard): Please figure out how to place FIRST NAME in SUBJECT LINE!!!!

EXPLANATION AND VALUE:   Constant Contact is in the Business of Marketing with VALUE of higher opening ratios. It's a given that OPENING RATIOS go up when subject lines are personalized. For many years we were able to do this, yet it is only available to do today by using the OLD WIZARD.

Please update the NEW Wizard with the feature to embed code or however it would work in the NEW WIZARD so names can be incorporated.

Thank you!

Unbelievable that so much time has passed and STILL no emojis for the subject line.

Exactly what is CC waiting for?? 2000 votes? Zombie apocalypse?

Seriously starting to consider competitors for my email marketing.

It's hard to believe that as long as this thread has been around, and as many votes as it has, this feature hasn't been added.

I understand that CC wouldn't want people to abuse it with all-emoji subject lines, as that can be super annoying and spammy - but why not allow at least a limited amount like one or two?

I would've found this thread and voted sooner, but I just assumed this feature would be available.  This is the first time I've tried to use an emoji (wanted to add a ❤️ to an email going out tomorrow morning for Valentine's day) and I was actually shocked that I was unable to do so.  It seems to be a no-brainer.  I guess it's either the super unprofessional-looking <3 or nothing.

I'd love a response from CC about why this feature hasn't been added.  Thanks!
