[Events 2.0] Show event time / registrants on campaigns page, display public list of registrants

0 Votes

Events 2.0 Beta does not include “Look Who Else is Registered!” on the registration page as in Legacy Events...

We're updating the status of this Idea grouping to reflect changes currently implemented.

Events now display the number of days until their start date and number of registrants on the overall Campaigns page, as well as the Events-specific Campaigns page.

At this time the ability for other registrants to view who has opted into displaying their registration has not been implemented.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

On the Marketing campaigns > Events page, Legacy Events provides useful information at a glance, i.e., the number of "registrants" and "days until event" - Events 2.0 Beta events do not include such valued information.

When looking at the list of events, legacy events show me how many people are registered and how many days there are before the event. This is useful information that is missing for events created with the new event module.  Please add this information back again.

Could you replicate showing the registration numbers (tickets) in the "Events" Screen rather than having us need to click in to see registration numbers?

On my user account home page for events it lists all events. Events prior Jan 1 2024, the event shows the number of attendees. Events Jan 1 2024 and future events it does not show how many are signed up. You dont get notified when someone signs up, and the home page doesnt show how many are signed up for each event. You have to burrow down daily into each event to find out if someone signed up for an event. This is the craziest thing I have ever seen. The old system showed how many attendees for each event right on the home page. It also had an option on the event to notify you when some one signed up for an event. Where are these features in the new platform that were in the old platform??

@William_A: On the Event page, "Event-related campaigns" shows the "Scheduled - Email invite" created date. To help track the scheduled email, let's also display the scheduled date. There's no way to determine when the email is scheduled - it would be ideal if the Calendar showed event emails as it does with email campaigns.

I had a box to check under Optional features for event registration.
Show registrants a list of who else is coming More Info

It is no longer there.  It was a great feature to entice more individuals to register.

Please add back and confirm.  Thak you.

Under Marketing > Events, the "registrants" number in the list of events displays in error and does not match the actual number of registrants as shown in Event Overview - Tickets or Reporting - Tickets.

Hi @PeterT4965. Thank you for your feedback. Would you expect to have the same wording under Marketing > Events and also when viewing the Event dashboard?
