Hello!

With the new event registration, we are unable to print individual sign ups.  We can export, but it is not quite the same.

With the legacy events before, we could see and print registrant details.

Can you provide some additional info on what it is you're looking to do?

 

Where are you seeing the option to print registrant details? Are you just looking at the legacy event's registrants list and selecting the Download CSV at the top, and printing that file from your spreadsheet program? Or are you using your browser's print screen function?

 

In the newer event tool, are you able to run a custom report for only the info you want, and print from your spreadsheet program?

I have found this to be true as well.  In the legacy system, when someone registers for an event, ALL of their registration details are sent to the organizer via email for each registrant.  This is not happening in the new system.  registration emails are not being sent as before.  I dint see the option on the new system to even check this option.
