Failure to view invoices more than 12 months old

Putting in invoice period to view and nothing coming up. I need to view/get copies of invoices for 2016/2017

This is a known issue with our billing system. Unfortunately, in order to get copies of those invoices, you will need to contact our billing support team. Their contact information can be found here: https://community.constantcontact.com/contact-support
