Two or three years ago I began using Constant Constant platform for design of newsletters for the company I am working for. The account was cancelled and then this year renewed again. What a disappointment! Somebody decided to remove ton of functions, prevent entering HTML code in the modules, and mishandle the sizing of the images and spacing between images and text boxes. Please, Constant Contact when you do your user testing remember that you are building your application for Users not Customers. What is the difference? The customer does not care about your interface. They pay you, but we, the designers, use your account. Here is my advice to all users who want some control over the look of their campaigns. Call Constant Contact and asked them to switch your account to the old interface.
