HIPAA Compliance

We use JotForm for patient intakes, however we are not able to automatically transmit our data directly to CC because the feature is not allowed via JotForm connection due to HIPAA compliance restrictions. I think this would be a great addition in the future seeing as a BAA can be signed already.

Due to legal requirements of how we must comply with HIPAA, we cannot implement a change to how our system would communicate with another entity like JotForms that may impact it. With that in mind, this idea will be closing as not being within our Idea Guidelines.
