If exceeding the contact over limit??

Dear Sir,

If the contact addition exceeds the plan limit you deactivate our account. You have to deny when press the send now tab if the limit of contacts exceed over permitted and have to provide option to delete the excess contacts. But deactivating the account is not good manner, it forces to not considering the constant contact services in future.
