Integration with 'home made' CRM application

I would like to understand how to synchronise the contact lists in CC with our CRM. If customers unsubscribe from the CC mailshot, we have to manually unsub them from the CRM. It would be good if there was some sort of feedback from CC to automatically update the CRM.

Hey @user80309 we offer an API that would allow you to integrate your custom applications with your account. More information can be found at https://developer.constantcontact.com/

In order to develop an integration with your Constant Contact account, you will need to have advance technical knowledge and some users opt to hire a programmer to do this as we aren't able to develop one on your behalf.
