Is it possible to link the RSVP responses to the contact record? I had to manually search for each contact and then remove them from a list, which is very time consuming.
Also, I see that you can select all contacts and add them to a list. Since there is no "exclude list" feature when sending a campaign, it would be helpful to be able to mass remove contacts from a list if they have already RSVP'd.
Hey @LKD, thanks for your feedback! I've opened this idea for voting. As far as linking to the contact record for your RSVPs, this is actually already a feature that's available. To do this, you'll want to open the reporting for a specific RSVP response. From there, there is an "Email Address" column in the table that hyperlinks each address to it's appropriate record. This should make it much easier to manage your contacts. Let me know if you have any trouble accessing this.
At this time, we do not have plans to make updates to our RSVP tool to have the contact record be linked in the reporting. If we hear anything in the future regarding this feature request, we will update this thread.
I personally do think this would be a great feature to be updated. I agree that it would be great to have the ability to utilize RSVP info, and set up auto-removing from a list based on RSVP status. When people RSVP no, I feel like there should be a way to automatically remove them from the list, or click a button and they are removed. It would also be awesome to be able to further integrate the responses of this form with our CRM software, but that just isn't possible the way that it is set up.
