I realize that the world if Microsoft but their instructions are not crystal clear when you first start working with their apps. I went searching for how to insert text above and below a picture in your blank layout, it was a very long explanation, I was impatient and even the graphics were not totally clear to me. I called your tech representative, she was terrific but even with allowing her to share my computer I didn't have enough time to write down her how to instructions and I will be calling Loveland, CO tomorrow. Thanks anyway I know your techies will resolve this for me and I will be able to write instructions as we go along. Great app your Contant Contact!!!! P.S. I don't know how to use your Idea Tags?
