More free moveable boxes

IT would be nice to have more free moving boxes and text boxes, maybe make it with an unlock icon to free move and item, and a default lock icon for the traditional up down moves

@CameronF10  Thank you for the feedback. When you ask for free moving blocks are you looking for more control over the available locations a block can currently be placed in the editor?

When moving blocks in a campaign, a pink line is used to show where a block can be inserted. Any area that shows the pink line while dragging a block is available to use as part of your layout.
