We recently added a bulk of contacts into our system and CC put our entire account on hold with no prior notification.
This has delayed business and made things more difficult. We didn't break any rules regarding number of contacts, or any other outlines in our plan, yet the account was put on hold.
It would be nice to have a notification system or a countdown or something to give us time to 'fix the issue' with CC without just shutting down business for us.
How would you expect to be notified? At this time users are notified via email when an account either hits a list review or is flagged for an account review.
