Looks like this has been an issue since at least 2013. How can it possibly not be corrected already? Kind of an embarrassment. Time to get it dealt with.
Hi everyone! While we do not have a release date, we did want to let you all know this feature is currently being worked on. We will reach back out to this thread with any further updates.
This feature really needs to be implemented. At the very least, make the user table something that can be filtered or sorted. Determining which staff members have active user profiles gets complicated when you experience staff turnover. Additionally, inactive users should be removed from the list of people who can receive contact change alerts.
It is about time that you all have a way to permanently delete a user....
I need to be able to permanently delete a user. I searched for directions within CC and they have directions indicating this can be done, but yet as the account owner I cannot delete them. Am I missing something? This is very cumbersome with multiple users who are no longer associated with the company.
