It appears that only those email receivers who take a poll from a "first" email sent are added to the results report. I have several poll takers from the "resend to non-opener" whose poll results I cannot see or add to my reporting. This is frustrating. Thanks.
Hi @Awards thanks for sharing this feedback with us! Where in your account are you going to view these responses? Are you still unable to see these responses from the email reporting page? Through the reporting tab, click on email details, then back to reporting and the correct number of responses will display.
