you just sent a report with my 'biggest fans' - why not a report that let's me find that out myself. Knowing who is routinely - or never - opening your emails (or emails by category), is extremely valuable. Or at least let me download that data from all campaigns and I can crunch it in my own database.
Thank you for providing this feedback. We recently released a feature called Segments which allows you to segment and filter your contacts by specific criteria, including who has or hasn't opened a number of your emails in a specific timeframe. Here is an article that goes over how to use it:
