Recommended for Removal is confusing

Please remove RECOMMENDED FOR REMOVAL as the DEFAULT category for displayed bounces. If you need a default, it should be ALL BOUNCES. It is a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME when I have to go back to selecting ALL BOUNCES. All bounces are of concern to me, not just the ones YOU think I should be concerned about. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! Thanks.

Thanks for all the great feedback on this topic. A lot of the feedback is from several years ago when we first rolled out our new contacts system. We've made plenty of improvements since then, and as a result we've seen feedback around this lessen. Just to close the loop around some of the original feedback, we've released a change to the reporting pages this week and the bounce report will default to "All Bounces" as opposed to the "Recommended for removal" category. Several other changes were released with this as well including the ability to edit the contact in an overlay without having to leave the report, and better explanations for bounce types on this page which we hope make managing your bounces easier.

After sending an email, I want to review and manage bounced list. I need to look at engagement to detrmine whether to delete. I click their name, check engagement, then have to click "go back" and end up not in the bounced list but in the clicked or sent list. A pop up that shows engagement would be great so I can make my changes easily. Or is there another way to do this?

Several customers have called me to say they aren't getting my emails. I realize I have a bounced report as I just spoke with customer service. I found out that almost a year ago you turned off her email. I am paying to have emails sent. If you get bounces back for some reason, I understand however, if you decided to unilaterally block an address, then you need to send me something to say you are doing so. It is a waste of my time to have to look at my bounced list every week and then spend my time on the phone to find out what the problem is only to find out you decided not to email them anymore. I completely understand you deciding not to email someone anymore after several bounces however, if you decide to stop emailing them, then I should be told you are doing so.

Thank you for the feedback about the bounce report and our policy on mailing to addresses that continuously bounce.  We are gathering information about what sort of reports customers would like to have via email, and I have added you suggestion.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other feedback about our products and services.  Keep voting for ideas you agree with, this helps us know what we can do that will help improve your experience!

Hi Ruth,

Towrds the top right of the bounces page, where you are seeing three contacts, there is a drop-down. By default, the system shows the first category of bounces "Recommended for Removal." Click that drop-down and you can choose to view all categories if you like.

Thanks for posting your feedback. Please let us know if you have any other suggestions.

Adding new contacts is more confusing now and I still can't figure out how to add more than one.

My report says I have 25 bounces but when I click on the list only 15 bounces appear. How do I access the additional 10 bounces?
