When you are logged out due to inactivity you are given two options. The first is to say that you are done. The second is for if you'd like to log back in. When you click the option to log back in it takes you to a page where you can fill out a form to request info on something... not to the login page. There is no place to log in on the page it redirects you to. It's very annoying. Please fix.
If I am using and step away, I can understand being signed-out for security, But when I click "Sign In" again, I should nat have to click 'sign in' twice. I say that as rather than take me DIRECTLY to the sign in, I am directed to a page that 'advertises' Constant Contact stuff. This is VERY ANNOYING! Best, Will --
Thanks for posting about this, are you having this happen all the time of just when you are timed out automatically? What browser are you working in when this happens?
I also have this problem. When I am timed out, there are two options: something to the effect of "I'm Done" and "Log In". The "Log In" button goes to the CC home page and then you have to click Log In to get to the Log In page. It would be great if it could just go to the Log In page. I'm working in Chrome (Version 52.0.2743.116 m).
I've completely quit clicking the I'm done or Log Back in buttons. Also, I avoid the homescreen and just go straight to login.constantcontact.com. A modal box or dropdown login on the homepage and the Log Back In Button taking you to the actual login page would both be a big help.
If you leave the Constant Contact tab to work on something and don't log out, you are automatically logged out after some time. when you go back if offers you a button to log back in, but that takes you to the home page. Then you have to click log in to get to the login page. Why don't you have it go straight to the log in page?
