Renewed faith

I spent this autumn trying to find an alternative to this program, and came up with nothing. Dejected, I came crawling back to this frustrating behemoth. But today, upon renewal, I see a whole new world of reporting capabilities. Many of these are actually useful. OK, CTCT, I'll give you another shot.
