Community Coach Insights: Using Video in Marketing Emails

Search using the Notes section

0 Votes
Your new redesign does not work well for how we organize our contacts' information. Many time when we search for a contact, we search by what has been written about them in the Notes section, ie: they're a friend of ..., or the attended such-and-such event. that is the only way to find them. Now that is impossible to do with the redesign. Please can the Notes section become a search criteria in the pull down menu? Thanks, Justine Buchanan, Alexander Gorlin Architects.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request to include a search ability for notes but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

Our clients are from real estate so in the nots section we put the property we sold. It would be great to be able to look up "3 Chestnut St" and have the client show up since that content is in the notes, but right now it doesn't.
