Thank you for reaching out to the Community! If your social media buttons are not directing to your social media pages, you will need to go to your social media pages and get the URL to insert into the icons. Please visit our helpful article to see how to do that.
We have our social media accounts set up with the buttons. It is when we try to have the "share" buttons dropped into an email that there is a problem. When you click on "share" whether itr is Facebook or Twitter, it goes straight to the Constant Contact page. If we have the buttons set up to go to our pages, that works fine. Again, it os the share option that is not working.
I apologize for that misunderstanding. Your share buttons should share on your customer's pages when you send it out live. In the preview mode, it will always go to our Knowledge Base.
