Stop spamming customers, it's obnoxious.

I asked the "coach" assigned to me to stop calling me. He has called 3 times since then. If I needed "coaching" I would ask for it. This combined with the spoofing phone calls using local area codes, spammy emails that are not clearly from constant contact and with subject lines like "can we talk" show what a shady company CC has become. I'm mostly cancelling because the price is too high but the marketing tactics you are employing would be inappropriate for your own customers. DO NOT contact me via email or phone again. You might want to clean up your act before everyone else gets as sick of this nonsense as I am after only a few days. The limits of the trial make it basically unusable anyway.

Hey @EvanG856, thanks for your feedback and I apologize for the experience you've had. We definitely don't want to intrude on your day with unnecessary calls and when you ask us to update your communication preferences, we want to make sure that is processed properly. I did look into your account and see that we have noted that outgoing calls and emails are no longer occurring. Our intent is not to bombard you with calls, however, to make sure we're available to help our newer customers with any issues or questions they may have. I do apologize this wasn't the experience you received and will pass along your feedback to the appropriate teams.
