Support or Remove PayPal Sign-in Option

0 Votes

Constant Contact advertises the ability to log-in to your accounting using your PayPal credentials. I set-up my account this way since it is desirable to have one less sign-in to remember. Early in 2018 the sign-in through PayPal ceased working. Since this was my primary account log-in I no longer have access to admin functionality (namely billing) in my account and have to call customer service regularly to manage my account whereas before it could all be done online.

Suggest either resolving this functionality gap or removing the option altogether.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us! We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect the status of the idea with our engineering team. The PayPal SSO has retired, there is no longer a link to login with Paypal. Support can however help users transition to a standard login within their account. Because of this we are closing this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback! Please feel free to comment or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
