You have upgraded the survey feature but actually it has less functionality now. I have tried resolving my issue with a couple of your CSRs but wasn't able to move it forward. Sometimes it is better to just leave things alone!
Hi @AnnaS08. I see you spoke with our support team a few times about our new survey pages. What features did you feel were missing that you would like to see?
