4/22/18 4:00 PM PT I have been trying to create an email and when I click on the Create Icon I simply get a white screen instead of the list of templates. Frustrating and infuriating, as this is time sensitive and there is no live support available being a Sunday. I guess the system is left unmonitored outside of Monday-Friday 9-5. Would expect more from a company of this level.

I'm happy to share your feedback about our Support hours. Currently we do have staff available over the weekend to answer questions on Social (Twitter/Facebook) and in our Support community which you can find on the left hand side here under "Knowledge and Support." If you need assistance over the weekend in the future you can find us there.
