Two-Factor Identification

Terrible User Experience. Whoever had the idea that you need to change your account password in order to change the phone number associated with the Two-Factor identification needs to be fired. This is terrible and completely unnecessary. If you are already logged in to the account, there is NO reason to have to change the password in order to change the phone number. The measures taken for security is absolutely over the top...please change that.

Hi @medly we apologize for any inconvenience this multi-factor authentication may cause. MFA is considered an industry standard, used by many online services to keep their customers’ data secure. Given the amount of sensitive data stored within our customer’s accounts, particularly contacts’ info and billing, we’re now requiring this to keep your information as safe as possible. What about this tool does not fit your needs?
