We can no longer see the REASON why they unsubscribed!! I've looked everywhere but it doesn't show up any longer. This is very upsetting.

Hello @BethB740 Thank you for your feedback. Our Developers are currently tracking requests to bring this functionality back. In the meantime, you are able to see the unsubscribe reason by exporting the unsubscribe report.
