Upload button hidden

When I go to upload to library from my computer the button for uploading signal is not available on my screen. For a while I could get it to work by clicking feedback but today that won't work.

I wish to add images 5 or less from my computer onto my message. I do not want to join this library pro. how do you upload images from your personal computer? I have been absent from your site for quite a while.... Thought it would really be great now. I don't even know how to get started, it is so difficult. Is this an attempt to get more money from us?

HI @DorothyO9

When you click to upload an image you will see "My Computer" as an option. Once you've chosen this option you'll see a browse button on the overlay window.
