Pasting still scrolls the whole page.

The formatting toolbar is getting worse and now jumps all over, but usually where you can't see the text and the toolbar at the same time.

We're happy to hear you're no longer experiencing typing delays! As for the other defects you have mentioned, it appears your pasting issue may be related to the toolbar disappearing defect. Because of this we recommend commenting on the toolbar disappearing thread so you may remain up to date on any changes.
