When adding from an excel workbook, it would be nice if the software recognized blanks

When it puts the content from the cell next to a blank cell into the wrong content field, it is causing problems.

Hello Erin -

 

The issue you are having importing excel workbooks is being worked on as we speak, as of right now the workaround for this particular issue involves converting from your xlsx or xls file and change over to a csv file and upload the csv file.
