Would like to schedule Resend to Non-Openers after original campaign is sent

We like the ability to schedule a resend of an email to those who did not open after a certain period of time. Sometimes, though, the wish to resend occurs as an afterthought, so we are requesting a feature that allows a resend to unopened addresses "on demand." Thanks!


Hi @FSPCentIAexec  currently users are only able to schedule a resend to non-openers when scheduling the original email. Being able to schedule this resend after campaign is sent is a feature request we are collecting feedback on. Because of this we have merged your post into a larger thread on this idea.

The good news is we have received word from our engineers that users now have the ability to schedule a resend to non-openers up to 7 days after your original. If anyone has any additional questions on this, please don’t hesitate to respond to this post as we would be happy to assist you further.


I agree...CC needs to be able to RESCHEDULE a scheduled resend.
