When measuring results in the above industry, you should separate those targeting residential buyers/sellers to commercial buyer/sellers. They are two different industries.

I see your above responses. In real estate there are two separate subgroups, Commercial and housing. These subgroups have different wants and needs. The family buying or selling a home has different wants/needs than the guy buying a 40,000 square foot office building. It is rare for a realtor to do both, except perhaps in a small marketplace
I for example, only work with investors operating/owning large commercial buildings like office buildings, apartments, retail complexes, manufactured housing projects (Mobile Home Parks) etc.. My son on the other hand caters to home buyers/sellers.
Thanks for following up with these details. Do you have these subgroups saved in your contacts (i.e. list names, contact details, etc.)? What type of campaign results would you be looking to view through these filters?
