it'd be nice to be able to communicate with an email platform provider, via email.


Your "chat" function spins forever while waiting on a useless chat. And phone number assistance hours and availability work best for you.


I'm ready to cancel our CC account. We paid to have your folks design a new email campaign, and 3 days later you "email" me that it is ready. We check it out, and it is pretty much a copy of the same work that had been done before. No way to communicate about changes, updates, or any other feedback. This is a useless tool.

Hey @KeithS1, I appreciate your feedback. Regarding email support, this is something that we don't currently offer. I've let our teams know that this is something you'd like to have available and we'll definitely look into ways we could make this possible. At the time being, calling into our support line or reaching out through the chat feature is the best way to get in touch with support. There can be a slight waiting period during busy times of the day, however, we will definitely get in touch as quickly as possible. I reached out to our Campaign Design team to have them get in contact with you in regards to the concerns you had with their work. They should be reaching out to you within the next hour.
