I would like it if there wasn't a glitch with the "set permissions" of Event registrations.
When I have people enroll in my events, quite often there is a "no Permission set" that gets activated sometimes without me knowing it. Therefore when I go to email all my registrants, the email won't go out to everyone because some are labeled as not having given permission for me to send to them.
Do you have the option "Allow registrants to join my contact list More Info" under optional features checked for your event? This is an option when setting up your event where you can allow registrants to sign up to your Constant Contact emails. Often times users won't have this enabled and if you do not it will automatically put your contacts into no permission set. This is due to the fact that they have signed up to your event, but have not given you permission to send them emails outside of it.
