frustrated customer

I am so unhappy with the new format that you now have.  I have been a used of your services for many many years and it was always a very simple process to create and sent my e mails.  The new format is beyond frustrating and certainly not user friendly in my opinion.  I have had to contact support regularly and still have issues.  Hoping it gets easier or I will not be sending e mails anymore!
