While experimenting on the Constant Contact software, I have found out that any audio-videotape do lacks the closed captions (subtitles) in which the deaf Americans do depend heavily on their learning, and their understanding. The U.S. federal law (ADA) do requires every business website to provide closed captions for any deaf people like me. I am a free lance computer businessman - usually creates digital books in hope of selling for profits. My sincere hope is that your staff can do something about it as soon as possible. And if not, many deaf people like me will give up on Constant Contact and look for another email marketing program somewhere else. Thanks!

This has been an on going problem. I will change or edit something on my email. save it. and when I send it out the changes have not staied the way I wanted them. This can not continue to happen and triple checking that the program is acutally functioning is wasting a lot of time and is evidently not effective. I am trying to generate graphs of open rate and click throughs based on the timestamp when I export to excel. When I open in excel, the time imports as 10:59pm instead of 10:59 PM: the missing space after the last number makes the date/time read as text instead of a time, and there is no way to reformat with writing a short script to add the space to every line item. Can Constant Contact reformat how time is displayed on your end, or at least reformat when someone clicks export? I called in today, case# 22339859

Hello, I've noticed that the company name field size is small - limited to just 50 characters; there doesn't seem to be a way for us to make it larger. It would be nice to be able to adjust your field sizes, though for the basics, it would be nice to have less restrictive limits.

Dear Sir, If the contact addition exceeds the plan limit you deactivate our account. You have to deny when press the send now tab if the limit of contacts exceed over permitted and have to provide option to delete the excess contacts. I specifically called in to ask if you could add an event to your personal calendar. The cs agent said we do not operate like “gmail” – we do not have the option to add events to your calendars. Below is what I found when I dig a little deeper on your website. This is what I was asking me to help me figure out. #needsmoretraining Thank you Add an Event to a Personal Calendar Your Event campaign registrants can add your Event to their personal calendar by clicking on the "Add to my calendar" link. If you included an Event Description, it automatically displays on the registrant's calendar file which makes it easy for them to recognize your Event. The "Add to my calendar" link appears on multiple Event pages like: Invitations and event related emails Registration form Registration confirmation page Registration confirmation email Event landing page When the "Add to my calendar" link is clicked, your registrants have the option to save or download an ICS file (part of iCalendar) that can be used to add the event to a registrant's default personal calendar. If an Event is canceled, the campaign needs to be manually removed by the registrant from their calendar. Depending on the type of calendar and settings your registrants have on their computers, it might automatically open an appointment or they might have to click on the ICS file manually to create the appointment on their calendar. When you provide statistics on each campaign, you provide actual numbers for unopened, unsubscribed, bounced, etc. Yet the opened is a %, which is useful, but to know the actual number I have to calculate it. It would be helpful to see the actual number. Thanks

I've been a member less than a year and run into a problem each time I try to use the site. Granted some are user error and I have had good help from calling the help line. However, many times when trying to schedule an email or change something, the site will send me on a loop that I can't get off of. I need this type of tool for my business because I am a 1-person counseling practice but so far it's been very frustrating. Today I wanted to check my campaign and see if my scheduling it on facebook a few months ago is still in place. Currently the campaigns button on the top tool bar only gives me a blank page each time. Now I have to go on to other things on my schedule and did not get the information I need.

After uploading photos and seeing the successful green check on the photos - if you click on the X in the upper right corner of the screen, you get a cancellation message. But the upload isn't actually cancelled; in fact, it is successful as you can see by looking at your library. Two screenshots below. (Maybe. There is also an issue with using the Photos button on this help form once you are already typing a message; about half the time the upload screen loads but none of the buttons work.)
