1. I would like to Preview and Edit at every step of the way, even after scheduling a broadcast newsletter. 2. I would like to schedule the same newletter on 2, 3, 4 or 20 times per year. EX: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly , etc.

I would really like to be able to click on the Tag List to see all of the tags I have created and then be able to manage them, like you can with the email lists.

Please stop auto-inserting #constantcontact into Social Shares. It is tedious to have to edit every share to delete it. I don't want to be forced to advertise #constantcontact. There is no benefit to me.

Not long ago I met someone from Constant Contact at the grocery store. I suggested to her that when creating an email a blank template should be one of our first options. Most of the time I end up picking one the appears and just start to delete the default boxes. I ultimately get done what I need but it's a pain. Other than that Constant Contact works for me Marty

First and foremost, Jarred is fantastic....he went above and beyond!! Constant Contact needs to research the process of providing their clients with the capabilities to obtain a PDF File for emails that are sent!! This would help tremendously in our success!!

You should add a button where you can select just one page of contacts at once. I had a number of contacts get uploaded without email addresses and was told I had to manually click each to delete them. If you had it so you can select by page I could just sort and delete the appropriate pages of messed up contacts. This function of selecting by page would be helpful for bounced emails as well.

I created an email using card/announcement and when I tried to add "forward to a friend", "join my mailing list" and permission reminder" I was not able. I would like to have the ability to use these functions in future emails that I create.

If an email is not sent because the address is on your Global Block list then that error should be clearly stated. Currently it just says "not delivered" which causes wasted time on the users part tracking down the problem.

Two ideas : 1. Allow event announcements to be added to my calendar to be posted on web site. 2. My calendar should help us capture contact info. If someone views my calendar have a pop-up that asks if their information can be added to the contact list. No one wants to go to another form to complete anymore. As you know, sites are using google or facebook log-on button so you do not have to type info. Typing info over and over again is passe

Need to have the ability to change header based on need. For instance, in my case cities and states are not as relevant as country. Yet, I cannot change the columns!

I did a Facebook Downloadable campaign. The Reporting tab shows that there were 2 downloads. However, when I click on the "2" it shows the clock that it is thinking, but the report never appears. It just gets stuck and this will go on for 10+ minutes.

The new excel export function inserts a blank row at the beginning (where the field names should be). This prevents me from importing the records with the field names. I shouldn't have to manually open the excel file just to delete a row. Please fix this.

I just wrote a concern & then when I went to post It told me all fields are required so I went to enter the top line that I forgot & it erased everything I wrote!!! UGH! Bottom line..... add saved button to your bounce page so people know how to change & save the corrections Gloria Bertossi

I loaded up the contacts and it seems never to load them, thus when i enter the contacts management area i just see the loading signal, basically until it times out.

A tab or icon in plain sight with link(s) to training videos, webinars etc would be very helpful. Very frustrating to have to look or search within help and tips instead of right there on my home page.

Is there a way that you can go back and edit or add to a note? If not, this is something I would recommend you trying to modify. Often we spell things wrong or would like to add additional information to a given note. Thanks so much!
