The new default report does not provide me with all the information I need for my exports.
My company owns a donor management system and is a CC Partner (Total Community manager) and one of the selling points I have been selling CC on is the ability to bring the donors ID into the export report if they use the CC integration tool with CC. This saves the user endless hours of work of now having to match the id with the name.
When do you expect to have this feature back?

Constant Contact should not have this template on their site until the problems have been fixed. The button that people press to enter the sweepstakes doesn't work. I was told I was not the first person to have this problem. Really? Then why does CC allow businesses to send out a campaign that doesn't work and can't possibly get results? It's harmful to a company's image to send out malfunctioning campaigns. Further, the e-mail that recipients actually see is entirely different than what shows on your Facebook page, is very pedestrian and of poor quality, and doesn't allow you to change the wording or customize it in any way. I have no idea why CC is touting this. Our company signed up for CC over Vertical Response based on the tracking and reporting supposedly provided by CC's social media campaigns. Glad we figured out it's worthless before embarrassing 1100 of our clients. Unbelievable.

The link between Contacts and Companies is broken if a contact/company is deleted, then re-added. This bug is a real pain as now my lists are not working correctly as we have deleted old lists and reimported new one - the result is most of the links no longer work! Do you have an estimated fix date for this bug?

If you are having a problem uploading images - switch from Safari to Chrome or Firefox and you can upload works fine! You can then go back to safari to edit your emails - it is only the uploading that is problematic!

When I download my entire list the fields don't match the headings. The "Email address - home" column is empty and instead they appear under, "Email address - other". All columns are then similarly off by 1 so that for example the "City = Home" appears under "State/Province - Home".

Why the change away from being able to select which columns are exported? The new "everything" format is very difficult to work with and takes much longer to export. Please bring back the export options!

Since the new version was released we can no longer select the entire list and export or add to another contact list. It's taking a ridiculous amount of time to have to select thousands of contacts by hand. Is there any idea when it might get fixed? Thanks!

A few months ago, after the latest major "upgrade" [sic] to CC, the EXPORT CONTACTS tool became completely USELESS!!!!! (when contacts are in multiple lists, the resulting CSV file is not meaningful - total waste of time).
At the time, many CC users complained and posted comments and complaints, and it IS STILL NOT FIXED. This is absolutely atrocious.

We want to actually see our Custom Fields listed & be able to add them to the Surveys. Currently the instructions in the Survey when you click on Custom Fields "info" say: "To edit your custom fields navigate to the Contacts tab > Sign-Up Tools > Customize My Form button > Contact Info. Custom fields will be locked once the survey is published." But there is no Customize my Form button. Hoping this function can be added soon. Thanks!

I am unable to create and save a new sign up form. In talking to tech support, they say this is a known problem, and the engineers will implement a fix "sometime this month or next".
How can you have a contact system in which you can't create a sign-up form? I can appreciate that things break sometimes, but to say that a fix will be rolled out "this month or next" is unacceptable. This should be a top priority for Constant Contact! I am dead in the water on implementing a new website form until this is fixed.
