once I click "enter" it should prompt me to the next line

After we hit enter, the cursor should appear on the next line, ready for entry. Instead, we have to place the cursor on the next line with our mouse. This makes entering contacts unnecessarily tedious.

Would you be able to tell me where in Constant Contact you are having troubles? Does this happen when you are adding contacts or is this happening to you when editing inside one of our products?

When you experiance this issue could you tell me if you had a chance to try out another browser and were you able to replicate the issue you were having?

Is this a consistant issue or does it happen sporatically?
